I might have stuck with Canon although the technology has moved on at a rapid pace but the darkroom days are well gone! It was always quite exciting though to see your pictures develop through the smell of the chemicals but the likes of photoshop and lightroom offer the modern day photographer some extremely powerful tools.

I studied photography a lot through college and University and used to shoot all the time, we are so lucky now with technology that I’ve always got some sort of camera with me, I would have loved to have had that when I was growing up! Speaking of growing up I’m originally from Sunderland in the north east of England but moved down to the big lights of London some 16 years ago and have been a converted southerner ever since although my Northern accent can occasionally be heard now and again.
